The Anet A8 is a pretty good 3D printer for the money right out of the box. That doesn’t mean that it doesn’t have issues. The plexiglass frame is not as rigid as you will probably want. This where the AM8 mod comes into play. By using 2040 aluminum extrusions and some 3D printed parts, you can make a very solid printer.
